We love this place! Just what we really needed… a great location to unwind, enjoy the serenity of nature, and bond with family & friends without needing an internet connection. Rated the room 4 as I have not seen the cabin, but the amenities are clean and tidy! The kids enjoy the massive space, rolling at the foot of the hill, running around, appreciating the animals, splashing with water, and fishing in the river. We sincerely appreciate Nick, he’s an amazing host, a friendly one…he toured us around, gave us tips on fishing, checked on us to make sure we are having a great time, and even helped us with our little mishap on checkout day… thank you very much for jumpstarting our car! We will definitely be coming back! 😊 Less

What a location it blew us away as we drove down the narrow dirt road to the office to check in.I had read lots of reviews so didn’t know what to expect but I must say everyone we dealt with over the phone and during our 4 night cabin stay was so helpful and friendly. The cabin was basic but very comfortable. Especially the bed. Which I was surprised… I miss it. We slept 12 hours each night. Maybe that was campfire drinks each night. It was so peaceful while we were there in May. The nights were cold but days were beautiful 19 sunny and warm. We were travelling with a group of caravans that parked right by the river that runs around the whole valley. They had powered sites which are limited but unpowered are scattered throughout the property. We are not campers and the thought of no internet coverage or phone for 5 days gave me the jitters but it wasn’t missed it was replaced by music and good conversation a nice change. This whole week day break was fabulous Paradise Valley lived up to its name. There are only three cabins on site but they are great value you must bring your own bedding and towels but they will tell you that in booking. The office has ice and wood to purchase but otherwise nearest town for supplies is 20mins drive but we came prepared. Less

We stayed mid May 2025 for our first time in our new caravan. Mick and his wife were really friendly and the information Mick was able to give us about our van was invaluable. They'd not long returned from a year and a half trip around Australia. The camp grounds were pristine and we had about half a km of river frontage to ourselves for our first night. The other nights no one was within 100m of us. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Less
